Hr Improvement Specialist(m/f)


Experis is currently seeking a motivated Human Resources Improvement Specialist to join a prestigious project we are developing in partnership with a Multinational Organization. The selected candidate will be based in the innovative Lisbon office, surrounded by a dynamic, team-oriented, and supportive environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating detailed HR process documentation to ensure operational efficiency and service continuity. You will act as a subject matter expert for HR Shared Services Center processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and providing expert guidance on process improvements. Additionally, you will establish and implement a comprehensive HRSSC Governance Framework, ensuring compliance and standardization across all processes while conducting regular audits to assess efficiency and alignment with business needs. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring process performance, preparing reports and dashboards to track key SLAs and KPIs, and supporting the maintenance of the HRSSC knowledge base in ServiceNow. You will play a key role in implementing quality assurance measures to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of HR processes, as well as overseeing training programs for HRSSC staff, ensuring continuous development and alignment with best practices.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration (or a related field), along with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in shared services and a multinational environment. English fluency is mandatory. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office applications are essential. A service-oriented mindset, the ability to work effectively across multiple regions and cultural contexts, and a high level of confidentiality and integrity in managing data will be key to success in this role.
