Experis is currently seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join a prestigious project we are developing in partnership with a Multinational Organization. This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive support across various HR functions, including administrative assistance and coordination to ensure systems and databases remain up to date, as well as supporting the onboarding process. The selected candidate will be based in the innovative Lisbon office, surrounded by a dynamic, team-oriented, and supportive environment.
| | | | In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records within the company’s HR system, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards. You will support new hire onboarding, background verification checks, and the induction process while assisting employees with various requests, including letters, verifications, and reference checks. Additionally, you will manage personnel files, generate HR reports, track probationary periods, and coordinate employee paperwork with confidentiality and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will also include handling employee queries, liaising with support functions for system access and payroll setup, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies. | | The ideal candidate for this position must have a bachelor’s degree and about 2 years of experience. Fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish, Italian or German are considered a plus.
A natural curiosity with a keen interest in understanding the broader business context and the ability to exercise sound judgment in prioritization will be key to success.
