Job Summary: The HR Executive for Group HR will assist Group CHRO administratively, support various HR functions, including administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, and employee experience programs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
· Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
· Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
· Maintain accurate HR records and assist in the management of HR MIS.
· Provide support for employee experience initiatives and programs.
· Handle scheduling and calendar management for the HR Manager and other senior leaders, coordinating meetings and appointments.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for HR meetings and initiatives.
· Assist Group CHRO in day-to-day task management, set-up interviews/ meetings
· Assist with employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.
· Help coordinate training and development initiatives within the organization.
· Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field;
· Proven global experience as a HR Executive or similar role, ideally within hospitality;
· Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Proficient in Portuguese and English languages.
