This role supports transactional and administrative HR activities related to employee data and enquiry management. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely support within defined service levels.

Description

What you bring:

  • HR Administration: Perform transactional and administrative activities related to employee personal and job data changes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity;
  • Case Management: Resolve employee and partner enquiries using knowledge base documentation within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining ownership until resolution;
  • Documentation & Records: Deliver physical employee record and document management services in line with internal standards;
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates, actively follow up on outstanding items, and maintain communication until cases are closed;
  • Knowledge Improvement: Identify gaps in existing knowledge base documentation and contribute to continuous improvements.

Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Education & Experience: Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Administration, or a related field; Experience as an HR administrative assistant (recommended and in SSC environment will be considered a plus);
    Languages:
    Fluency in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong plus;
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders across cultures and seniority levels;
  • Working Style: Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow up on cases and tasks;
  • Systems & Confidentiality: IT-savvy, comfortable with HR systems and tools, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion and responsibility.
