HR Data Integration Specialist (COEU Region)

We are seeking a skilled HR Data Integration Specialist to support multiple countries within the COEU region in improving the extraction, transformation, and preparation of HR data for integration into the global HR system (SAP SuccessFactors).


This role combines technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with local HR teams to understand existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement standardized and scalable data preparation solutions.


What will you do?

  • Partner with local HR teams to understand current data extraction and preparation processes
  • Document and map end-to-end data workflows across multiple countries
  • Identify manual, repetitive, and error-prone processes and propose improvements
  • Develop and implement data transformation logic using SQL, Python, PowerQuery, and Excel
  • Standardize data structures and align local data to global templates
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks prior to system load
  • Support the transition from manual processes to automated data pipelines
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams on integration solutions
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical HR stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for data-related issues


What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, HR, or related field
  • Strong experience with SQL and advanced Excel
  • Experience with PowerQuery and/or Python for data transformation
  • Experience working with HR data (employee, job, compensation)
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors preferred
  • Experience in data integration, ETL processes, or system migrations
  • Experience in global or multi-country environments (preferred)
  • Exposure to data platforms such as Databricks (preferred)
  • Experience standardizing data across multiple systems (preferred)
  • Understanding of HR data governance and data models (preferred)
