As a Consultant you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, developing strong client relationships, and sourcing top-tier HR talent particularly for high-volume and Shared Service Centre projects.

Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job briefing, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post-placement follow-ups.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs, business strategies, and HR challenges.

• Proactively source, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and methods.

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and client meetings.

• Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.

• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment systems accurately and in a timely manner.

• Achieve individual and team targets related to business development, client delivery, and candidate placements.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in permanent and specialised recruitment.

• Advanced or fluent level of English.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.

• A results-driven mindset with a passion for people and business development.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
