As a Consultant you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, developing strong client relationships, and sourcing top-tier HR talent particularly for high-volume and Shared Service Centre projects.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job briefing, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post-placement follow-ups.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs, business strategies, and HR challenges.
Proactively source, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and methods.
Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and client meetings.
Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment systems accurately and in a timely manner.
