WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will play a key role in delivering high quality Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operational support across the employee lifecycle. This role reports directly to the Global HR Manager.

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead endtoend recruitment, from job scoping to offer negotiation.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent pipeline strategy.
  • Drive employer branding, external partnerships, and seniorlevel hiring.
  • Enhance TA processes, governance, and hiring manager capability.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Employee Engagement

  • Manage the Employee Recognition Program.
  • Coordinate monthly engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
  • Strengthen community building, team belonging, and company values alignment.

Talent Management

  • Support performance and probation cycles.
  • Identify development needs and recommend L&D initiatives.
  • Contribute to retention strategies and employee development plans.

Benefits Management

  • Administer global benefits programs and ensure clear employee communication.
  • Act as a subjectmatter contact for benefits, health plans, pensions, and allowances.
  • Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure compliant, competitive offerings

Internal Communication

  • Prepare HR announcements and internal communications.
  • Produce intranet content and employeefacing HR materials.
  • Maintain SharePoint resources, handbooks, and onboarding information.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support strategic HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enhance employee experience across the full lifecycle.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to management on workforce risks, regulatory compliance, and talent decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience in a global or multi-country context
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, local employment laws, and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead and support complex HR initiatives
  • High cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational and matrixed environments, with strong exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and talent programs.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creativity and initiative in designing and delivering engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a strong commitment to talent development, continuous improvement, and delivering a high quality employee experience.
