The Company 
A leading multinational company in the Manufacturing & Engineering sector is looking to recruit a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to join its operations in the Porto Norte region. 

Your new Role

As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to local leadership and a driver of organizational development. You will be responsible for implementing and managing core HR processes, supporting cultural transformador, and ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with business leaders to identify HR needs and deliver tailored solutions;
- Leading talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development;
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure talent acquisition aligns with business growth;
- Driving employee engagement and retention strategies;
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and corporate standards;
- Managing change and supporting organizational transformation;
- Acting as a point of contact for employees, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

What you'll need to succeed 
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments;
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR operations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all leves;
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach;
- Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus
