• Manage and resolve any issues related to labor relations with employees

Profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Social Sciences, or similar fields
• 3 years of experience in similar roles or development roles in the HR field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Availability to work 100% on-site
• Proficiency in English
