Reporting to the HR Manager, this position will be based in our office in Lisbon and will support the management of various People areas, including support of talent acquisition, employee relations, safety, regulatory compliance, policy interpretation and application, employee development and engagement initiatives, and related HR consulting activities.

We are looking for a motivated professional, eager to learn and contribute, with a cross-functional vision of the People area.


Responsibilities

HR Administration and Labor Management:

  • Prepare and manage employment documentation: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.
  • Ensure that employee information is up to date and properly stored in HR systems.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and metrics related to People operations.


Talent Management and Recruitment:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle: job description creation and updates, candidate sourcing, job postings, interviews, etc.
  • Ensure a positive advisory experience for candidates throughout their career journey within the company.


Employee Support and Advisory:

  • Provide support in resolving employee inquiries related to People processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize and improve workflows.


Project Development and Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in initiatives focused on talent development, engagement, and fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Contribute to the digital transformation of the People function by automating processes and improving systems.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Law, or Business Administration.
  • 2/3 years of experience in People operations, ideally in fast-growing companies or consulting firms.
  • Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation.
  • Experience in administrative hiring processes, talent management, and employee support.
  • Experience working with People management systems (HRS).
  • Organized and structured profile with analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to interact with different levels across the organization and build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
