| | | This role is a key opportunity to support candidate and recruiter experience by assisting with interview coordination, updating recruitment systems, and maintaining workflow accuracy across global recruiting operations. In this role, you will assist recruiters by managing interview scheduling across time zones, ensuring accurate updates in internal systems, and supporting the daily execution of recruitment processes. You’ll act as a reliable point of contact for operational tasks, help resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure consistency across recruitment workflows. With strong attention to detail and communication skills, you’ll contribute to a smooth and efficient hiring process, while collaborating with global teams and supporting a high-volume, fast-paced environment. | | The ideal candidate for this position must have a bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of experience. Fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish, Italian or German are considered a plus. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, including confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and external candidates.
