Job Summary:

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting hotel accounting operations with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable and revenue control. This role ensures accurate revenue recognition, timely invoicing and collections, and close collaboration with the Revenue Management team to analyse performance, validate revenues across all sales channels, and support monthly financial closings in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department

·       Maintain and organise employee personnel files and HR documentation

·       Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including scheduling interviews

·       Support onboarding and offboarding activities (hiring and termination)

·       Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave records

·       Update and maintain HR databases and reports

·       Respond to employee enquiries and provide general HR support

·       Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and confidentiality standards

·       Support training coordination and other HR initiatives as required

 

Requirements:

·       Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields, or relevant professional experience in the area

·       Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred

·       Basic knowledge of labour legislation and HR procedures

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR information systems

·       Strong organisational and time management skills

·       Attention to detail and accuracy

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Proficient in Portuguese and English languages.
