Your new role

  • Provides advice, counsel and day-to-day guidance and support to management regarding People practices and policies, working closely with other People & Culture areas;

  • Supports and collaborates on employee relations issues to ensure legal compliance;

  • Supports the implementation of the Compensation & Benefits strategy;

  • Assesses current employee benefits, compensation packages, and policies and contribute to develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with the company’s strategy and business goals;

  • Creates, maintains, and ensures the quality of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics;

  • Contributes to projects related with HR systems, in order to support the overall HR strategy and the activity of the People Business Partners team;

  • Conducts ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Management, Human Resources or other relevant areas of studies;

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR Administration, HR Generalist or People Business Partner role

  • Experience with Compensation & Benefits will be highly valued;

  • Good knowledge of payroll and labour legislation;

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)

  • Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel) and experience with HRIS systems (preferably SAP);

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to influence and mediate complex people management issues;
