As a Hostess & Partnerships Manager - Restaurant Chain, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand image, increasing visibility, and fostering positive relationships with the media, influencers, and the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic Guest Relations campaigns, managing media relations, and executing initiatives to promote our restaurant's unique offerings.
Principais responsabilidades
As Hostess & Partnerships Manager - Restaurant Chain your main responsibilities will be:
- Proactively pitch stories, arrange interviews, and secure media coverage to promote key events, menu launches, and other noteworthy initiatives;
- Develop engaging and compelling press releases, articles, and other written materials to communicate our brand story effectively;
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to generate visually appealing content for various platforms;
- Plan and execute press events, grand openings, and exclusive tastings to generate buzz and media coverage;
- Coordinate with event vendors, influencers, and media attendees to ensure seamless execution;
- Work closely with the social media team to align PR efforts with online presence;
- Monitor and engage with social media conversations, leveraging opportunities to enhance the brand's online reputation;
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to address any potential negative publicity promptly;
- Serve as a spokesperson for the company in times of crisis, providing accurate and timely information to the public and media;
- Working as a hostess whenever necessary in the restaurant.
Perfil desejado
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field (not mandatory);
- Proven experience in guest/public relations, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in portuguese and english, knowledge of a third language is valued;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique and impactful PR/Guest Relations ideas;
- Experience in managing relationships with external partners to develop strong partnerships;
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in PR campaigns;
- Availability to work without fixed hours.
