We are looking for a dedicated and growth-oriented professional to join our team!

If you have excellent customer service skills, experience in the hospitality industry, and a fun-loving personality - we want to hear from you!

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in hospitality (preferred)
• Excellent communication, initiative, and energy
• Strong presentation, attention to detail, and customer focus
• A great sense of responsibility, autonomy, and team spirit
• Ability to organize and adapt to new challenges
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory); other languages such as French are a plus

Key responsibilities:

• Perform check-in/check-out and manage billing
• Handle online and telephone reservations
• Work with reservation and management software
• Carry out administrative duties related to the role
• Deliver outstanding customer service, including managing preferences and requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready
• Support food & beverage service, especially during breakfast and at the bar
• Assist with room/table setup as needed
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
