Program Overview:

This internship is designed to integrate a central operations team. The intern will gain broad exposure to strategic and operational topics within the hospitality sector, working closely with senior management on performance analysis, reporting, and research initiatives.

Internship Objectives

• Support the central operations team in operational and performance-related analysis
• Develop strong analytical, reporting, and business research skills
• Gain exposure to hospitality operations, industry best practices, and innovation trends
• Contribute to cross-functional and strategic projects at group level

Key Responsibilities

Management Control & Reporting

• Collect, structure, and analyse operational and financial data
• Support the preparation of periodic reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Assist in monitoring costs, operational efficiency, and unit performance

Analysis & Research

• Conduct market, competitor, and benchmarking analyses
• Research hospitality industry trends, best practices, and innovation initiatives
• Support ad-hoc strategic analyses requested by the team

Cross-Functional Support

• Assist the central team in transversal initiatives (operations, procurement, sustainability, performance improvement projects)
• Support documentation, presentations, and internal communications for management purposes

Location: Fully remote or on-site in Lisbon (candidate’s choice)

Duration: 6 months

Language: English

Perfil do Candidato

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality Management, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar fields
• Able to provide an Internship Agreement
• EU Citizen or have a VISA
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• High level of proficiency in Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables)
• Tech-savvy, comfortable working with digital tools and data
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
• Autonomous, curious, and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
