Description
- Plan and manage your hospital accounts, understanding the patient pathway and who makes decisions at each one;
- Hold insight-driven, compliant scientific conversations with specialists, in person and through digital channels, using the company's sales model.
- Support hospital access processes with Market Access;
- Use Veeva CRM and market data to prioritise accounts and track activity;
- Work as one team with Medical Affairs, Brand, Market Access and SBU colleagues who share your hospitals.
Profile
- Minimum 2-3 years of field-based sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, engaging with healthcare professionals;
- Previous experience within the hospital setting and/or specialty therapeutic areas will be considered a strong asset;
- Proven track record of performance, including consistent achievement of sales targets, market share growth, successful product launches, or market access accomplishments;
- Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly understand and communicate complex scientific information;
- Based in the Southern region of Portugal or willing to relocate within the assigned territory;
- Valid Category B driving licence;
- Fluency in Portuguese and a good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders.
