We're hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join a growing team at a leading international software company. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your technical career in a collaborative, multilingual environment supporting clients across Europe.
What you'll do:
- Be the first line of support for technical issues via Zoho Desk, Jira, or similar platforms
- Troubleshoot Level 1 incidents across OS, web, networking, and database layers
- Escalate issues and work with Development, QA, and Product teams to resolve them
- Create and maintain clear documentation to grow our internal and external knowledge base
- Deliver an excellent support experience in Spanish, English, and German
What you bring:
- 1-2 years in a similar technical support role
- Familiarity with systems like Windows/macOS/Linux, basic SQL, and VPN/networking
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Native/advanced Spanish, fluent English and German required
Bonus if you speak French or Italian or have experience with Zendesk, Jira, or Zoho.
