A successful Head of Securities should :
- Manage the securities transfer process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee corporate actions and ensure timely execution of all related operations.
- Handle income tax processes related to securities transactions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Report on operational performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Profile
A successful Head of Securities should have:
- Fluency in French (C1 level) and proficiency in English.
- Proven expertise in securities transfer, corporate actions, and income tax processes.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate with stakeholders.
