A successful Head of Securities should :

• Manage the securities transfer process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee corporate actions and ensure timely execution of all related operations.
• Handle income tax processes related to securities transactions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Report on operational performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Profile

A successful Head of Securities should have:

• Fluency in French (C1 level) and proficiency in English.
• Proven expertise in securities transfer, corporate actions, and income tax processes.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate with stakeholders.
