Your New Role
As Head of Salesforce Architecture, you will lead the strategic design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to internal teams, you will define architectural roadmaps, ensure best practices, and drive innovation across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. This role combines technical leadership, solution governance, and client engagement at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Salesforce consultants and developers, ensuring delivery of scalable and optimized solutions.
- Define and own the enterprise architecture vision, aligning with client objectives and long-term strategies.
- Design integration and data migration strategies, leveraging Salesforce capabilities and modern frameworks.
- Oversee architectural governance, ensuring compliance with platform standards and industry best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders in pre-sales activities, solution design workshops, and roadmap planning.
- Provide program-level oversight for multi-cloud and cross-system implementations.
- Promote innovation and knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 10+ years in enterprise technology solutions, with at least 5 years leading Salesforce projects.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and client relationships.
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with strong integration architecture knowledge (REST/SOAP APIs, authentication, data modeling).
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and modern web technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) required; Architect-level certifications highly desirable.
