Description
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients to secure and expand business opportunities;
- Oversee the negotiation and closure of business deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with the company's policies and objectives;
- Motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve excellent performance levels;
- Stay informed of industry trends and technological advancements in renewable energy and biodiversity consultancy;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts;
- Represent the company in international forums, showcasing its innovation and technology development prowess.
Profile
- Master's degree within the fields of Biodiversity, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related areas;
- Proven track record in achieving sales growth and leading a successful sales team;
- Significant professional experience in the consulting sector;
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in multilingual and multicultural environments;
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools, with a keen ability to analyze and deliver;
- Dynamic individual capable of driving sales operations and strategies to achieve and exceed targets;
- Fluent in English;
- Availability to travel.
