Lead all marketing efforts across three brands within the group, by driving and implementing an effective omnichannel marketing strategy that supports two key objectives:
- Enable Sales teams with marketing tools to generate qualified leads for our real estate developments and investment funds.
- Boost direct bookings from BTC (B2C) guests across our hospitality portfolio in Lisbon and beyond.

Reporting to the CCO, you will manage a small team, external agencies, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance, and C-level).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing for Multiple Brands
- Develop tailored marketing plans for each brand and business line.
- Balance corporate brand visibility with lead-generation and conversion goals.
- Ensure clear positioning and consistent messaging across all assets.
Campaign Management & Content
- Oversee 360° campaigns (launches, events, paid media, PR).
- Supervise content creation (videos, brochures, digital ads, presentations).
- Adapt tone of voice and materials to diverse target audiences.
Digital & CRM Growth
- Support CRM strategies and digital marketing to drive both sales leads (investors, partners) and direct bookings (guests).
- Optimize performance of websites and social channels.
- Manage data tracking and reporting for all campaigns.
Event & Launch Coordination
- Lead marketing rollouts for openings and special events.
- Collaborate with community managers and hospitality teams for local activations.
Media & PR Oversight
- Coordinate PR initiatives and media relationships in key markets (Portugal, Spain, Brazil, UK).
- Secure visibility for key milestones through earned and paid media.
Budget & Team Leadership
- Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
- Ensure team coordination, workload balance, and knowledge transfer.

Profile
- 8+ years in marketing in real estate / funds industry
- Fluent in English (Portuguese and/or French a plus)
