The Head of HSE will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive HSE programs to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
Description
- To define Organizational Targets and Objectives in consultation with Top Management.
- Assist and advise Project management teams to drive implementation of the Quality and HSE Plan.
- Selection of HSE resources and deploying them on the Project Site as per requirement.
- Provide Solutions and Guidance on Quality & HSE-related matters to teams.
- Monitoring of HSE KPI and reporting to management.
- Improve HSE culture in the organization and work closely with global HSE requirements
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees to enhance awareness and compliance
- Emergency Response: Establish emergency response protocols and coordinate drills to prepare for potential crises.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to maintain positive relationships and stay informed about industry developments
Profile
Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field;
Professional certification HSE;
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fine chemicals/biochemical/pharmaceutical/automotive industry.
In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards (ISO14001, ISO45001, HSE management systems).
Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE programs and policies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English;
