• We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance.
• Our client is a multinational company expanding its Shared Service Centre.

Description

• Lead a centralized finance operations function, ensuring high-quality delivery across key processes (AP, AR, closing, reporting, data governance);
• Drive performance, service excellence, and continuous improvement across multi-country operations;
• Act as the main point of escalation, ensuring efficient issue resolution and operational stability;
• Promote process optimization, automation, and standardization initiatives;
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support business growth and transformation;
• Manage budgets, track performance, and identify opportunities for efficiency and value creation;
• Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team within a dynamic environment.

Profile

• Strong experience in finance operations, shared services, or complex international environments;
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end finance processes (AP, AR, R2R);
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance;
• Track record in process improvement, transformation, or automation initiatives;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Hands-on, results-driven, and able to operate in fast-paced, matrix environments;
• Degree in Finance, Business, or similar; fluent English required.
