Your new Company
A multinational real estate developer is looking for a Head of Development for their headquarters in Lisbon.


Your new Role
Lead the execution of premium real estate and hospitality development projects across Portugal. Oversee all technical aspects from pre-acquisition through delivery, while ensuring alignment with business strategy, design excellence, and operational requirements.
Manage and support the team of Project Managers, ensuring consistency in planning, execution, reporting, and problem-solving;
Represent the company with key public and private stakeholders (e.g., Municipalities, DGPC, EDP, EPAL, DGCP,), ensuring constructive and professional engagement;
Provide strategic and technical oversight for all stages of development and business plan: due diligence, design, planning, licensing, tender, construction, and handover;

 What do you need to be successful
Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; 
15+ years of experience in development, project and construction management, hospitality development in upper segment hotels or equivalent is a strong plus;
Strong understanding of Portuguese permitting/licensing processes and public authority interactions;
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
