The Head of Development Data Centre role focuses on driving growth and identifying new opportunities within the Energy & Renewables department. Based in Lisbon, this position requires strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Description

• Lead the development of Data Center projects from initial concept to execution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses for proposed projects.
• Oversee permitting processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors and government agencies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the energy and natural resources industry.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new project development.
• Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to senior management.

Profile

• Proven experience in data center project development within the energy and natural resources industry.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, regulatory, and compliance requirements in Bitterfeld-Wolfen.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess project feasibility and risks.
• Proficiency in relevant project management and financial analysis tools.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
