We are looking for someone to manage the Controlling team, in a multinational industrial group, in Aveiro.

Description

• Supervises a team of management controllers
• Ensures monthly closing tasks and reporting to the group, ensuring the reliability of the presented information and adherence to defined timelines
• Prepares the budget and monthly variance analyses, reporting to the group
• Analyzes financial and business indicators related to the group's operation
• Coordinates the consolidation of group reports
• Ensures the development of financial analyses to support decision-making on strategic and investment-related matters

Profile

• Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in controlling roles, preferably in an industrial and multinational context - experience in reporting to headquarters is valued
• Background in team management
• Fluent in English
• Excellent ability to engage with different teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual support
• Great attention to detail, with a strong sense of commitment and focus on results
• Proactive and dynamic attitude
