We are currently seeking a Head of CAMO (m/f) to join an aviation company based in Lisbon.
This professional will be responsible for managing and supervising the continuing airworthiness of the fleet, ensuring strict compliance with EASA (Part M / Part CAMO), ANAC, and other relevant aviation authorities. The role includes coordinating all engineering, planning, and aircraft technical records activities, while promoting operational safety and fleet availability in accordance with the highest industry standards.
Key responsibilities also include leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficient coordination and the achievement of operational objectives. This professional will also be responsible for signing official technical records and may potentially assume the position of Accountable Manager in the future, to whom they will report directly.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in CAMO functions, strong team management skills, and in-depth knowledge of applicable aviation legislation. Leadership abilities, technical accuracy, and up-to-date understanding of national and European regulatory requirements will be highly valued. |
