About Role

As Head Manager you set the rhythm at Etma Bakery. You guide the team, safeguard standards, enhance process at location, and ensure the experience delivered to guests reflects the level of care and precision Neptune stands for. This role suits someone who takes pride in running spaces that work - for the team, for the guests, and for the business.


What You'll Be Doing


Location Performance

  • Oversee overall operations of Etma Café & Etma Bakery and ensure service runs at top-level
  • Track & control key performance metrics: incom, costs, inventory level
  • Identify & implement opportunities to improve efficiency & achieve financial plans
  • Own the full partner journey - orders, communication, satisfaction tracking.
  • Coordinate bakery - keep sales and production aligned in daily operations. Give the Head Baker clear priorities and track operations of the bakery.


Team Leadership

  • Provide clear feedback & address performance issues promptly
  • Maintain a stable, motivated, and professional team environment


Guest & B2B Partners Experience

  • Ensure service reflects Neptune standards of warmth and professionalism
  • Monitor guest feedback & satisfaction
  • Identify recurring issues and implement improvements
  • Track satisfaction of B2B partners


Operations & Standards

  • Maintain compliance procedures, documents, licenses
  • Manage supplier relationships & oversee purchases
  • Guarantee financial discipline in the project
  • Update bar menus
  • Align reservations for special events or requests
  • Ensure organisation standards across the space
