Your new company

A company specialized in consolidation and analysis of financial assets and is actively seeking for an ”HR & Office Coordinator ” who will be responsible of both HR and administrative tasks related to the entity in Lisbon.

Your new role

  • Manage the employees’ lifecycle (maintain and update employees’ files and data, entry and exit procedures etc.)

  • Prepare contracts and internal documents while following the directives provided by the HQ

  • Operate the leave management system for absences (Click-Up)

  • Manage the payroll

  • Keep track of the mandatory trainings

  • Prepare regular staff reports for HQ

  • Act as a direct contact for the accountant/lawyer/external suppliers

  • Invoice management and payment

  • Check and order office supplies

  • Organize team events

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in HR and strong knowledge regarding employment law

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)

  • Strong communication skills, organized with a sense of anticipation

  • Problem solving oriented and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work both in a team and individually with minimal supervision

  • Experience with MS Office software (confirmed Excel user)
