We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Guest Relations whose approach not only focuses on pleasing our guests but also on anticipating and fulfilling their unspoken needs.
We are currently looking both for Guest Relations Agents and more senior profiles for the Guest Relations Supervisory position.
At Vila Joya you will be part of the heart of our home, this role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities that contribute to creating a personalized, and unforgettable guest experience from the moment of arrival until departure.
Key Responsibilities
? Prepare the arrival of the guests, anticipating and verifying all needs and preferences;
? Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth and elegant first experience;
? Perform our Vila check-ins and check-outs as per our standards;
? Provide personalized attention to each guest, at all encounters with them,
? Escort guests to the bar, to their table in the Michelin restaurant, to the Vila Joya Sea restaurant or to any other outlets;
? Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and discretion;
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vila Joya’s facilities, services, and surroundings to provide informed recommendations;
? Assist in coordinating guest transportation and special requests;
? Communicate efficiently with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction;
? Handle guest feedback and complaints with diplomacy, offering proactive and elegant solutions;
? Ensure all guest information is recorded and treated with the utmost confidentiality.
? Contribute to maintaining an atmosphere of calm, humbleness, and hospitality within the reception area;
Perfil do Candidato
Our ideal candidate must possess:

? The ability to maximize all opportunities to increase our guest satisfaction in all outlets;
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and build rapport;
? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and either Portuguese or German (additional languages are a plus).
? Confidence and job knowledge with at least 1 year experience at a front desk in a luxurious or high-end boutique hotel;
? Excellent organizational skills as well as good application skills of Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of Front office software is recommended;
? Priority awareness and the ability to juggle many competing deadlines;
? Detail-oriented and proactive approach to service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to every guest;
? Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability;
? Can safely drive a ‘buggy car’ to escort guests around property.
