What will be your mission?

 

As Guest relation agent, you will be responsible for attending guests’ needs upon arrival and departure and for providing an overall exceptional experience during their stay in line with the hotel’s vision and values on customer satisfaction. 

What will you do?

The Guest Relation Agent will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized experience to guests, ensuring a warm welcome, effective communication, and flawless assistance throughout their stay. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests in a luxury setting, anticipating their needs and resolving any issues to ensure maximum satisfaction. 

The key responsibilities for this position are:

• Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. 
• Manage check-ins and check-outs with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency. 
• Provide detailed information about hotel services, local activities, and attractions. 
• Listen to and anticipate guest needs, delivering tailored solutions promptly. 
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, etc.) to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled. 
• Handle complaints professionally, offering quick and effective resolutions. 
• Ensure every guest receives personalized service, recognizing VIPs and repeat visitors. 
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of services. 
• Support the Front Office team during peak times as needed. 

What are we looking for?

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality. 
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. 
• Strong guest-focused approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. 
• Professional appearance and demeanor. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude at all times. 
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Competitive Compensation Package

• Reference Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €24,000, determined according to the candidate's experience and professional qualifications. The actual amount offered will be prorated based on the duration of the employment relationship and the months of effective service worked.
• 13th and 14th salary payments.
• End-of-Service Indemnity (TFR) in accordance with applicable regulations.
