We are looking for a Growth Lead to drive growth initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing international startup. Description
- Lead the company's growth strategy, identifying, testing and scaling new acquisition channels.
- Own growth experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis creation through to validation, optimisation and scaling.
- Drive demand generation initiatives and identify new opportunities to expand the top of the funnel.
- Act as the key point of coordination across Marketing, Product, Design, Data, Operations and other business functions, ensuring alignment, clear ownership and execution excellence.
- Manage cross-functional teams, maintain project momentum and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyse results and continuously optimise growth performance.
- Create and review campaign materials, including landing page copy, briefs and other growth assets, ensuring a high standard of quality and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Profile
- Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or similar roles.
- A genuine passion for music and a strong connection to the music ecosystem, whether through personal, academic, or professional experiences.
- Someone who understands and is excited by the impact that technology can have on artists, creators, and the future of music production.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance, data, and continuous improvement.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Strong international exposure, ideally gained through collaboration with US teams, North American markets, and/or experience in American companies.
