Key Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of cannabis flowers, including sampling, weighing, visual inspection, and documentation.
• Manage and oversee propagation activities, including cloning and rooting of new plants.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new propagation methods and technologies.
• Provide technical support to the cultivation team during key phases of the plant lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support the completion and review of all documentation related to GACP compliance, including batch records, logs, forms and deviation reports.
• Supervise and guide staff members and third-party workers during critical tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and cultivation best practices.
• Stay informed about innovations in plant production and propagation techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support cultivation operations.

Qualification Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy or Plant Biology.
• Previous experience in greenhouse cultivation and propagation techniques, particularly in regulated environments, would be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Portuguese and technical English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adaptability to digital documentation systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, especially in cross-functional settings.
• Ability to follow and document strict cultivation procedures under GACP standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to new processes and tools
