Details - Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

Groups Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all group-related activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in group coordination and hotel systems, combined with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of group bookings, from inquiry to execution.
• Prepare proposals and follow-ups;
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Reservations, Front Office, F&B, Hopusekeeping, Events) to ensure smooth group operations.
• Manage communication with clients, providing personalized and professional service.
• Monitor and optimize group revenue opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in HOST, Opera, and CVENT systems.
• Promoting collaboration and excellence.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in HOST, Opera, and CVENT.
• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, attention to detail, leadership and team management abilities.
• Team player with flexibility and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, high-pressure environment;
• Fluent in English (Other languages are a plus)
