Would you like to join an international environment and contribute to the financial reporting and consolidation processes of a global organization?
We are looking for a Group Consolidation Specialist who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical to join our Group Finance team.
In this role, you will contribute to the preparation of the Groups consolidated financial statements, ensure compliance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. You will work closely with finance teams across multiple countries and play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial information to management and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the Groups monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for the assigned region, supporting the submission of reporting packages and ensuring data quality, consistency, and completeness.
- Provide guidance and support to local finance teams on reporting requirements, control issues, reporting templates, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with local finance teams to resolve accounting and financial reporting matters.
- Support the preparation of financial disclosures for annual and interim financial statements.
- Coordinate audit requests and facilitate the collection of information required by external auditors.
- Review and maintain the Group consolidation perimeter.
- Perform and monitor intercompany reconciliations and related consolidation adjustments.
- Prepare and analyze financial reporting information, including revenue analysis, operating performance metrics, costs by nature, working capital, consolidated cash flow statements, pensions, impairment testing, and other key financial disclosures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consolidation, reporting, and financial control processes.
Profile
- Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in financial consolidation, financial reporting, auditing, or corporate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles.
- Experience in multinational environments and/or within a Big Four audit firm is highly valued.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting processes and internal controls.
