Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, boards, administrators, regulators, legal counsel, and other stakeholders;
• Advise clients and board members on corporate governance best practices;
• Organise, attend, and support Board, Shareholder, and Committee meetings across a varied client portfolio, including drafting and reviewing minutes and resolutions;
• Lead and coordinate corporate transactions, ensuring smooth project delivery;
• Assist with company incorporations and ongoing compliance matters;
• Prepare and submit regulatory and statutory filings;
• Maintain accurate corporate records and statutory registers;
• Represent the company in a professional, enthusiastic, and engaging manner.

Profile

• Prior relevant experience is valued;
• Team-oriented;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Time management and prioritisation skills;
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field;
• Fluent in English and any additional language skills are considered advantageous.
