Description

  • Market Strategy: Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy to drive growth in the B2B sector, targeting corporate clients for incentive and loyalty programs.
  • Sales Leadership: Identify and engage potential business clients, building a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions, highlighting the value of gift cards in employee rewards, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management on progress and insights.

Profile

5+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in gift cards, incentives, or related industries.
Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of corporate client needs, particularly in HR, marketing, and procurement contexts.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
