Sodexo is currently implementing a Shared Services Center in Porto that will support several countries across Europe with the processes of Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Master Data, Training & Continuous Improvement, among others. You'll be responsible for:

  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of the risk universe and the internal control framework, used by both R&IC and Group Internal Audit

  • Contribute to the coordination and engagement of teams engaged in Risk & Internal Control activities globally

  • Train the teams (including operational teams as appropriate) on Risk & Internal Control methodology & systems

  • Participate in operational projects to help Sodexo achieve its objectives; this could be helping standardize best practices, working with other functions to roll out a process or procedures, writing new controls to support the strategic agenda

  • Support other risk functions in initiatives such as data protection and responsible business conduct

  • Organise and foster exchange of operational best practices amongst teams engaged in Risk & Internal Control activities globally 

  • Contribute to monitoring the quality of risk assessments and testing of internal controls

  • Contribute to establishing the Sodexo global risk profile

What you'll need to succeed:

  • More than 3 years related professional experience

  • Global mindset, international experience

  • Excellent communicator - across all levels/departments/nationalities

  • Good organizational skills and ability to respect deadlines

  • Strong business ethics

  • Fluency in English required, any other language is an advantage
