SSC in Lisbon is recruiting a Global Process Owner - Operational Cash Management!
Your new role
You'll be responsible for processes in scope, be accountable for global process design, decisions, and impacts as part of key, promote the adoption of standardization of the processes in scope, always in the End-to-End process, and collaborate closely with and advise all functional decision takers and impacted business stakeholders of the end-to-end OCM process. Besides that as GPO – Operational Cash Management Professional you will influence decisions by providing counsel and support to business teams and functions, leading transformations for all in-scope business areas and identify opportunities to deliver new services, and develop process-specific design guiding principles and capabilities supporting GBS strategic priorities. Notice that you will also ensure that technology (e.g. cash allocation, credit management, RPA…) acts as an enabler and meets the needs of the process participants, always coordinating the implementation of process activities by coaching the operational teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree;
Experience in relevant fields;
Fluency in English, written and spoken;
Proven track record of leading international projects;
Extensive know how of the End-to-End Operational Cash Management process;
Willing to learn, to collaborate and to develop new skills;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP;
Strong analytical skills;
Team player, quality- and service-oriented;
Highly motivated and flexible.
