Our client is an international company looking for a Global Learning & Leadership Development Learning Lead (m/f/d) to join a dynamic and inspiring culture in Lisbon.

Your new role
Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategy for developing and maintaining high-quality learning content to enhance the skills and competencies of professionals across the globe. You will partner with the T&D Technology Solutions and the L&LD teams to curate, design and deliver engaging learning experiences that align with the evolving needs of our diverse audience while driving measurable outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and delivering professional development programs for a global audience
• Excellent project management skills;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data;
• Strategic thinking linked to business strategy;
• Proficiency in learning management systems, content authoring tools, and digital learning platforms;
• Strong process development and content lifecycle management skills;
