Our client is an international company looking for a Global HR Solutions Partner (m/f/d)
to join a dynamic and inspiring culture in Lisbon.
Your new role
In this role, you will work directly with managers on any workforce concerns, applying knowledge of HR processes and policies. You will collaborate with colleagues located in Global and Regional HR Centre and HR Services teams in other countries to resolve issues and identify sustainable solutions to enhance the employee experience and customer service. You will support HRBP’s with Performance Management, Reward, Employee Relations, Change Management, Compensation and Workforce Planning processes. You will provide workforce data and insights that inform decision making.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Proven project management capability;
- Ability to think analytically and effectively problem solves using creative solutions;
- Practical and proven experience providing HR advice to colleagues and senior leaders;
- Technical HR knowledge/skills associated one or more of the following disciplines - Resourcing, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, L&D, organisational change;
- Attention to detail; accomplishes tasks and processes accurately and completely;
- Effective communicator and able to build relationships quickly;
- Ability to prioritize workload within a matrixed team environment.
