You will join our client's Center of Excellence in Lisbon, supporting the implementation of new projects within the compliance department. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive process improvement in a dynamic and expanding environment.
Description
Supporting the development and revision of compliance policies and procedures, as well as assisting in the creation of training materials (e.g., web/e-learning);
Managing compliance-related systems by working closely with IT teams, vendors, and internal users to ensure proper functionality and alignment with business needs;
Collaborating with global stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Medical Affairs, and Marketing, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in compliance initiatives;
Monitoring regulatory developments, conducting risk assessments, and supporting the adaptation of internal processes to maintain compliance;
Overseeing compliance tools and resources, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Profile
Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management or a relevant area. Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a plus;
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with teams across different functions and geographies;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to analyse, summarise and present information clearly to different audiences;
Solid understanding of compliance topics, including ABAC-related laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry codes (e.g., IFPMA, EFPIA, MedTech Code, FCPA, OECD);
Experience with process digitalization and automation, with a proactive mindset towards improving efficiency;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytical tools;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
