Your new company A multinational company in the electricity sector, present in over 60 countries on 5 continents, is looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager (M/F/D). Your new responsibilities
Reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible for the Compensation & Benefits area. Your main responsibilities will be to map the variable remuneration of the various countries, analyse and implement the project in new countries, manage a team, ensuring that all programs and procedures comply with current legislation, and develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
What do you need to be succeed We are looking for a professional with a degree in HR or similar, with at least 10 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits in a multinational environment and a fluent level of English. This Talent needs to have leadership experience and excellent communication and organizational skills, project management skills and a strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making profile.
