Your new role

As a Marketing Manager – Digital & Graphism (m/f/d), you will support the marketing team in creating and managing graphic and digital materials, as well as coordinating operational initiatives and events. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing printed graphic materials (catalogs, brochures, booth visuals, etc.)
• Creating digital content for social media (banners, displays, videos, photos, etc.)
• Developing and sending email campaigns and newsletters
• Updating and maintaining content libraries by business unit
• Processing customer requests (access to online libraries, forwarding contact requests, etc.)
• Organizing and coordinating events (congresses, trainings, tenders for printers, etc.)
• Supporting the management of marketing tools and Compliance pre-approval processes
• Collaborating with international teams (UK and USA)

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Digital Design
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (experience in creating newsletters, webinars, and managing content)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Hubspot
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus
• Autonomous, organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile
• Ability to adapt and work in multicultural environments
