Description
Provide telephone-based customer care to generate leads;
conduct research to update and maintain the customer database with sales-relevant information;
Carry out regular customer satisfaction surveys;
Work closely with the sales and field service teams;
Manage contract extensions within the service area;
Share product information and send event invitations.
Profile
Experience in Customer Service;
Excellent German language skills;
Good command of English, both written and spoken;
Good IT Skills, particularly in Microsoft Office;
Customer-focused mindset with a strong Service Orientation;
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner;
A high level of self-motivation.
