A leading SaaS company in the hospitality technology space is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its Lisbon-based team.

With a global presence and a mission to transform hotel operations through innovative technology, they serve thousands of independent hotels across Europe, the US, and Africa.

Your Mission

Product & Market Mastery

• Become an expert in the product suite and the hospitality tech ecosystem
• Spot upsell opportunities and tailor proposals with the sales team
• Deliver compelling demos of our integrated payment product
• Understand competitor offerings and market positioning.

Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and business alignment
• Provide resources and training to help customers get the most out of the product
• Be proactive in optimising user experience based on feedback and data.

Customer Retention

• Anticipate issues before they become problems
• Execute strategies to reduce churn and increase customer value.

Your Profile

Must-haves:

• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• 2+ years in a Customer Success or similar client-facing role
• Strong interpersonal skills - patient, empathetic, but confident in upselling and guiding the conversation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or tech environment
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
