Our client is expanding its concierge operations in Lisbon and is looking for German-speaking Concierges as well as a German-speaking Concierge Team Lead. Both roles focus on handling lifestyle, travel, and practical assistance requests for premium clients. The work involves managing multi-step tasks with accuracy, communicating clearly, and ensuring reliable service delivery across multiple channels.


Responsibilities

  • Manage client requests in German through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication tools
  • Organise travel bookings, restaurant reservations, cultural activities, and event access
  • Provide structured and accurate information for leisure and travel planning
  • Handle urgent or complex situations with clarity and discretion
  • Use internal ticketing systems to organise, prioritise, and follow up on all requests
  • Deliver consistent, reliable, and quality-focused service


Additional responsibilities for the Team Lead:

  • Oversee daily operations of the German-speaking concierge team
  • Support agents with complex or escalated cases
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to service procedures
  • Monitor service quality and performance indicators
  • Take part in onboarding, training, and the nesting phase
  • Coordinate workload and communicate operational issues with management


Your Profile

  • Native-level German with strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Good level of English for internal communication
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, concierge, or similar fields
  • Strong organisational skills and accuracy in handling information
  • Able to manage multi-step requests reliably and follow structured procedures
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling varied client needs
  • For the Team Lead: experience supervising or guiding a team, or acting as a senior escalation point, is required


What the Company Offers

  • Permanent contract with a 3-month probation period
  • 40-hour workweek, Monday to Saturday
  • Shift schedule between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, rotating
  • Structured onboarding: 3 weeks training + 3 weeks nesting
