Your Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, or chat
• Answer questions about products, orders, or services
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Document and update customer information in internal systems
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Excellent German skills (C1 minimum)
• Good English skills (B2 minimum)
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar field is a plus
• Communicative, solution-oriented, and a true team player
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
