German Speaker - Front Office Agent

Location: Lisbon, Portugal Full-Time Hybrid

We're looking for a German-speaking Front Office Agent to handle outbound calls and assist customers with data consent processes. If you're organized, friendly, and solution-oriented, this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Your Role

Make outbound calls to customers regarding data consent

Document interactions and ensure accurate follow-up

Provide clear, professional communication to support customer understanding

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes

What You Bring

Fluency in German (C1) and solid English (B2+)

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Organized, proactive, and team-oriented personality

Previous experience in customer service or call handling is a plus
